First-year domain registration and hosting are included. Premium domains, business email, paid licences, ongoing content changes and extra functionality are quoted separately. Any applicable tax is itemised in your proposal.
Need payments, a booking system, more pages or multiple languages? We’ll agree a separate scope before work begins.

After approval and the remaining payment, we launch and hand over. Target delivery is 10–15 working days after deposit and complete materials.

What happens after the first year?
Your domain and hosting need renewal. We state the renewal costs and service terms in your proposal before you commit. Ongoing website maintenance and content edits are separate from hosting.
Will I own my website and domain?
Your domain is registered in your name. Ownership and access to the agreed website deliverables transfer after full payment, subject to any third-party theme or plugin licences.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. You receive WordPress access for the included content and a short handover session. New layouts and functionality are quoted separately.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, accurate business details, approved text and photographs you have permission to use. We confirm the content checklist before work starts.
Is support included?
We include 14 days of post-launch corrections for defects in our agreed work. Ongoing maintenance, new content and additional features are separate services. Hosting issues are handled under the agreed hosting terms.
Will a website guarantee customers?
No. A website helps people understand your business and contact you, but enquiries also depend on your offer, traffic and follow-up. Basic search setup does not guarantee rankings or sales.
