A website with a clear purpose

Everything guests need
before they contact you.

Most guests decide whether to reach out within the first few seconds. A clear photo of the room, the rate and a WhatsApp button — that’s often all it takes to turn a visitor into a real enquiry.

We organise your photos, room details, location and local experiences into pages that look good on any phone, so guests never have to hunt for your number.

01

Show your rooms clearly.

Clear photos, facilities and details for every room type. When guests can picture where they’ll sleep, they’re far more likely to get in touch.

02

Get calls and WhatsApp messages.

Enquiry form, call and WhatsApp buttons on every page. Already use a booking service? We link directly to your existing booking page so guests can reserve in one tap.

03

Update it yourself, anytime.

Change photos, room prices and seasonal offers whenever you like. We train your team before handover and give you every login in writing.

Run a trekking or travel business? We also build websites around trips, itineraries and enquiry journeys — with departure dates, trip details and booking features priced based on what you need.

Good questions

Questions before
we begin.

Can guests book and pay through the website?

The starting package lets guests view rooms and send an enquiry for your team to confirm. If you already use a booking service, we add a “Book now” button that takes guests to your existing booking page.

Setting up live availability, automatic reservations or online payments is quoted separately. Booking services also charge their own fees — we explain everything before you commit.

Can the website connect to our hotel software?

If you need room rates or availability to sync automatically between your website, hotel software and channels like Booking.com, we first check what your systems support. Any connection work and third-party charges are quoted separately.

Who provides the text and photos?

You share your photos and key details, and we organise them into the agreed pages. Photography, professional copywriting and translation can be quoted separately if you need them.

We already have a website. Why rebuild?

If your site is slow, hard to use on a phone, or makes it difficult for guests to find your rooms or contact you, a rebuild helps. We review it first and tell you honestly if you don’t need one.

Who owns the domain and website?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and after full payment you receive the website, all logins and documented access. We confirm this in writing before we start.

What does three months of support cover?

If something we built stops working — for example, an enquiry form or a WhatsApp link — we fix it at no extra cost for three months after launch.

New features and content changes are quoted separately. You can make everyday updates yourself after training, or ask us for a quote.

How long does the whole project take?

Most projects go live within three to four weeks of receiving your deposit, photos and text. Your timeline is confirmed in writing before you commit.

How do I keep getting guests after launch?

A good website makes it easy for guests to find and contact you — but the work doesn’t stop at launch. Hotels that update photos each season, share new offers and post about local events show up higher in search results and give guests a reason to come back.

We show your team how to make these updates during training. And if you’d rather have us handle content, social media or online marketing for you, we offer that as a separate service — just ask when you’re ready.
